The company is organized along the following four main divisions to provide focus and guarantee service efficiency through effective acquisition and deployment of customized skills across the various service sectors.

We perform the following activities either informs of a direct outsourcing service or consultancy to support the in-house Human Resources organization of a company depending on the assessed needs.

Such activities include; support staff outsourcing recruitment, training and development, payroll administration, employee and industrial relations consultancy, manpower planning, HR Admin support services, skilled and unskilled manpower supply etc. It becomes more efficient for smaller organizations and even in some instances larger organizations to outsource the whole or part of their HR services to avoid the high overhead that may result from maintaining a full blown internal HR organization.

For instance, a large organization may decide to outsource the initial screening of candidates for major recruitment campaigns to us so as to limit the number of qualified candidates to be presented for final assessment or interview based on agreed job specifications criteria.

Service disruption to private residential and corporate buildings is one of the greatest sources of frustration that often result into service failures in Nigeria today.

This is where we come in, our primary facility services focus are private residential and small to medium scale business enterprises to provide building operation services that includes; Civil maintenance, electrical, air conditioning, power protection, energy management, automated access control and intruder monitoring and detection systems, cleaning, refuse collection, pest control, water treatment and swimming pool maintenance, serviced office facilities, project management and facility management consultancy etc.

We also have strategic alliance with world class Facility Management companies to provide FM services to very large corporate organizations beyond our defined scope of operation.

Considering the very strategic nature of this aspect of our business, we are currently in the process of floating a separate subsidiary company to accelerate growth of our business opportunities in this area through corporate alliance with some other professionals in the real estates business.

We also represent some Original Equipment Manufacturers as sole agent or country representatives to market their specialized facility management related products and services.

Lack of knowledge and access to sources of good quality materials and services has constituted a major drain to many organizations’ resources. Most organizations that constitute in-house procurement team suffer these lapses in addition to leakages arising for lack of cost transparency.

Our business consultancy experience has also shown that many small and medium scale businesses with quality products and services are unable to compete for good contracting opportunities with big multinationals due to their lack of knowledge and skills in going through the rigorous tendering exercise often required to be successful in the contract award processes.

Through our carefully selected and well managed supply chain partners, we are able to source and supply most materials and products to the best quality standards, at minimum notice, within agreed schedule and at most affordable price to the customer.

Our general service offerings under this division include; Materials sourcing and procurement, online ordering and bidding services through our online procurement platform, contract tendering, providing support in business negotiation, asset valuation, sales and disposal of obsolete assets etc.

Movement of people, goods and materials constitute a major challenge to businesses and failure to efficiently manage such activities often result in catastrophic consequences to the erring organization.

Cost of providing these services through in-house resources is often too exorbitant coupled with the risk of inadequate training, poor industry network that is a critical success factor and inability to respond quickly to market opportunities due to internal bureaucratic procedures.

GOS Logistics provides the following range of logistic services; Corporate operational fleet management, executive chauffeur services, staff bus services, immigration consultancy, visa processing for Nigerians traveling abroad and expatriate quota management for companies that engage services of expatriate personnel, import and export processing and logistic services, warehousing, airport protocol services, international flights booking, hotel bookings, executive guard services, courier, long and short distant haulage services, provision of professional drivers and security guards, event management covering parties, product launching & promotions, Annual General Meetings etc.

We approach every client business with open mind and objectivity of purpose, therefore in certain instances after our initial consultation and business process review; we may be able to determine that outsourcing may not be the best solution to meet a specific client requirement.
